Shapeshifter [Old Version]
novel
Xen is not your average Joe . In fact , he isn 't even Joe . He just looks and acts like the newbie Hunter who died a horrible death in one of the many beginner dungeons that have littered the Earth since the System 's arrival decades ago . But what really lies beneath the human skinsuit once known as Joe is Xen the Mind Slime—a Shapeshifter . Armed with the appearance and knowledge of the dead Hunter , Xen sets out to acquire new monstrous forms and abilities , all the while blending in with the other Hunters who seek to kill his own kind . Think solo leveling but from a monster perspective .
